84 The Regulator may, on request, provide advice about energy matters, sources of energy and the safety and security of regulated facilities and abandoned facilities to (a) ministers, officers and employees of any government department or ministry, whether federal, provincial or territorial; and (b) members, officers and employees of any government agency, whether federal, provincial or territorial.
