Voluntary Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program: General Guidelines
This regulation establishes the Voluntary Reporting of Greenhouse Gases Program under the Energy Policy Act of 1992, setting procedures and requirements for entities to submit annual reports of greenhouse gas emissions, reductions, and sequestration activities.
