Measure 2 - The Green Rail Pass | 20€ | 30 days gives access to:
-Intercity service (2nd class, with reservation)
-Regional Service
-Interregional service
-Coimbra, Lisbon and Porto urban services outside the area covered by metropolitan intermodal passes
Measure 3 - Extend the free pass for young students, under 23 + TP, to non-students:
+40 million euros per year to extend the free youth pass to all young people up to the age of 23, regardless of whether they are studying or not
+241 thousand potential beneficiaries
Measure 4 - Accelerate the development of Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans:
-Support of EUR 3 million for municipalities, CIM (Intermunicipal communities), AML and AMP ( Lisbon and Porto metropolitan areas) to draw up their Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMPs)
-The Guidelines for Drawing Up SUMPs have been published in order to harmonize criteria throughout the territory and speed up their development at national level.
