The Mobility Orientation Act stipulates that the maximum amount covered by the Tariff for use of the public electricity network (TURPE) is set at 75% for requests for connection to the electricity network submitted to the project owner before December 31, 2025, for the connection of public electric and plug-in hybrid vehicle charging infrastructure installed in service areas on expressways and motorways. A decree of May 12, 2020 provides for such a reduction in connection costs for IRVEs and extends the deadline to December 31, 2025 for service areas on expressways and motorways. Another decree of February 6, 2023 increases this reduction in connection costs to 75% until the end of 2025 for IRVEs included in a validated charging infrastructure master plan (SDIRVE).
