If fuel cell vehicles meet the relevant requirements of both the country and this city for demonstration applications, and have obtained national comprehensive assessment reward points, Shanghai will award CNY 200 thousand per reward point. Vehicle operation. Operation rewards will be given to fuel cell trucks and commercial commuter buses that have a mileage of more than 20,000 kilometers in each assessment year. Each vehicle will be rewarded for a maximum of 3 years from the time it obtains the operating quota. If building a fuel cell hydrogenation station within this city in accordance with relevant regulations, complete completion acceptance and obtain a gas operation license and a gas supply site license, Shanghai will provide support based on no more than 30% of the total approved investment in equipment purchase and installation. For hydrogenation stations that have obtained a gas business license and a gas supply site license, if the retail price of hydrogen does not exceed 35 CNY/kg, support is provided based on actual annual hydrogen sales.
