The sustainable mobility package allows the employer to cover the travel costs of employees who commute to work by bike or car pool. It supersedes the previous separate allowances (indemnité kilométrique vélo - IKV et indemnité forfaitaire covoiturage).
The payment by the employer is only optional: it therefore takes place on a voluntary basis.
This package can be cumulated with the reimbursement of half of the public transport subscription by the employer, as with the assumption of the expenses of fuel. It also supports the use of self-service vehicles, such as scooters, motorcycles and cars. Electric scooters may also be concerned.
