Minimum service level requirements include:
3 lamps operating at least 4 hours per day
a mobile phone charge supply for 2 hours per day
a radio charge supply for 5 hours per nights
supply the above for at least one day without input from the solar module (when there is no sunshine)
Moreover, a mandatory product labelling for systems parts is included and requirement for the batteries chemicals
