Funding of projects will include the purchase and installation of new plants and micro-installations of renewable energy sources for the production of : electricity (PV systems, small wind installations, micro generation systems up to 40 kWe) or Heat and electricity (combined into one plant or separate installations in the building) ; biomass sources, heat pumps, solar collectors up to 300 kWt, for residential single-family or multi-family buildings, including the replacement of existing installations with more efficient and environmentally friendly.

The beneficiaries of the program are individuals, housing associations, housing communities and local governments and their associations.

The budget of the programme is PLN 800 million for the years 2014-2022 with the possibility of concluding loan (credit) agreements with a subsidy until 2020.
