Decision determinates levels of feed-in tariffs and premiums for electricity generated from renewable sources or in process of cogeneration. Provisions comply with decisions of Rule Book.

The feed-in tariff for electricity from renewable sources with installed power up to 5 MW is 5.8 €c/kWh on the 10 kV voltage for the BIH utility, and a 6.6 €c/kWh on the 10 kV voltage for EHZHB utility. Tariff adjustment coefficients have been established which vary by technology.
