The UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is undertaking a program of work with industry and academia to build the evidence base on the use of hydrogen in aviation. Through a regulatory sandbox intiative the CAA are working with 13 organisations to prepare for the regulation of hydrogen use in aircraft and airports. The program is supported by UK Government funding
