Standard price guidelines for power generation using new and renewable energy

The subsidy to business operators shall be the difference between the base price set in this Directive and the grid limit price in the electricity market (hereinafter referred to as the "power generation difference") multiplied by the electricity transaction volume {difference subsidy = (base price - system limit price) × electricity transaction volume} for electricity produced by renewable energy power generation power sources subject to the reference price and supplied to the electricity market.
