The Housing Executive and local Councils deliver the Scheme throughout Northern Ireland. Eligibility requirements require applicants to own their own home or rent it from a private landlord, and have a total annual income of less that £20,000. The Scheme is targeted at areas where levels of fuel poverty are worst. There are a range of energy efficiency measures available through the Affordable Warmth Scheme up to £7,500 (£10,00O if dwelling is of solid wall construction and insulation measures are needed)
