The Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act aims at implementing the international standards and regulations adopted with the Montreal Protocol on ozone depleting substances and synthetic greenhouse gases.
This act notably regulates and controls the manufacture, import, export and use of F-gases, and is regularly updated to comply with amendments done to the Montreal Protocol.
