This regulation sets standards for air pollutants of industrial installation, including power generation.

The standards are as follow:

SO2: 550 mg/m3 for existing installations // 500  mg/m3 for new installations

NOx: 550 mg/m3 for existing installations // 500  mg/m3 for new installations

PM: 250 mg/m3 for existing installations // 150  mg/m3 for new installations

The regulation also includes norms for F gases (HF, HCI, HCT).
