Lithuania amended its investment screening regime in Aug 2020, enacting the evaluation criteria of investors that may pose risks to national security interests as well as the procedure of their evaluation. The considered list of businesses and entities include radioactive waste companies, 5G service providers and infrastructure developers, secure public data transmission network and public security and emergency services digital mobile radio communication network operators, and selected power generation companies.
