Ghana aims to reduce its emissions by 24.6 MtCO2e compared to a business-as-usual trajectory by 2030 by 2030, and up to 64 MtCO2e by the same date, conditional on the provision of international support.
The country also seeks to decarbonise oil and gas production through a 20% reduction of methane from oil and gas infrastructure.
