This provided financial assistance, under the de minimis exemption from EU State Aid rules, to help SMEs acquire and install energy efficient technologies by providing interest-free loans of between GBP 5 000 and GBP 200 000 and up to GBP 400 000 in Northern Ireland. The scheme is now closed.
