In April 2023, the Ministry of Environment and Energy opened for applications its new programme "Photovoltaics on the Roof", worth EUR 200 million for 2023.

This grant is available for households and farmers able to install their own small photovoltaic and storage systems, up to 75% of total cost for households and 60% for farmers.
