This regulation states updated increase in blending requirement on biofuels. It lists:

A maximum of 5% v/v biodiesel to be blended for low-sulphur grade diesel

Low-sulphur grade diesel B10, B20, B30, B40 and B50 can blend no more than 15%, 25%, 35%, 45% and 55% v/v biodiesel respectively, biodiesel B100 must be 100% biodiesel

These rates are effective as of September 2023.
