The Egyptian Natural Gaz Holding Company is one of the NOCs that is directly connected to the ministry of oil. Its objective is to develop the natural gas industry in Egypt.
This policy states that EGAS is committed to:
Adopt and Integrate sustainability best practices in all operations, functions, and across the value chain
Promote sustainability best practices with EGAS subsidiaries, suppliers, and business partners
Strengthen sustainability governance within the sector
Support the Egyptian climate change mitigation and adaptation agenda
Measurement, improvement, and reporting of all sustainability aspects
Develop EGAS sustainability strategy and action plan
