This standard contains design criteria, energy conservation and recommendations for building envelopes. This is an update from an earlier version in 2011. Several technical updates in this standard includes:

- Inclusion of Solar Factor data for large cities in Indonesia (previously only available for Jakarta)

- Inclusion of energy performance improvement actions – EPIA for building envelope

- Inclusion of thermal bridge calculation examples for glass frame

- Inclusion of window frame effect into glass U-Value calculation

- Inclusion of the requirment that glass thermal properties must be obtained from International Glass Database or certified measurement from the accredited laboratory

- Inclusion of the requirements for Measurement and Verification before and after the implementation of energy performance improvement actions
