It will decarbonize energy intensive industries, support sustainable and smart mobility, promote energy efficiency, strengthen carbon leakage tools, supply low carbon energy at a competitive price, and support green public procurement.

Drug lords in Colombia are making more money from cocaine than the government is making from crude oil sales, a report from a Colombian university has found.
