Governs the administration of the carbon tax within British Columbia.

While BC's carbon tax does not apply to methane, BC may approve reductions reductions from non-regulated activities to count as offsets for the carbon tax.  Thus, it is possible that reductions from fugitive and vented methane emissions could be credited if BC were to grant such an approval.
