Grants are made available in the field of building thermal rehabilitation. Eligible target groups are: (co-) owners or tenants of a single- or two-family house; home owners / property owners and tenants of flats in multi-story residential buildings. The following project components are eligible for funding: insulation of exterior walls; insulation of the basement ceiling and the roof; insulation of the lowest floor slab or the basement floor; refurbishment or replacement of windows and exterior doors; conversion of the heat generation system (integration of a solar thermal system into the existing heating system, changing to a wood-heating equipment, installation of a heat pump). Eligible costs include the costs of materials, installation, and planning.
