Law on energy efficiency and rational use of energy

The law on energy efficiency and rational use of energy sets obligations for:

- Buildings or special parts of publicly owned buildings with a usable area of more than 250 m² to have a certificate of energy performance of the building

- Providing standards for A/C

- New and reconstructed energy facilities to meet the minimum requirements in terms of energy efficiency depending on the type and/or power, i.e. the size of the facility (minimum degree of utility, etc.)

- Provides for financing, incentives (feed-in tariffs, market premium) for energy efficiency use
