167 Within 90 days after the day on which a Tribunal is established, and every 90 days after that, the Regulator must submit to the Minister and the Minister of Finance a report with respect to the amount of compensation and costs awarded by the Tribunal and the amount that the Regulator has paid under subsections 164(1) and (3).
