Governor in Council directions
13 (1) The Governor in Council may, by order, give to the Regulator directions of general application on broad policy matters with respect to the Regulator’s mandate. (2) An order made under subsection (1) is binding on the Regulator. (3) A copy of each order made under subsection (1) must be published in the Canada Gazette and tabled in each House of Parliament.
