Covers the regulation of administrative procedures for petroleum drilling and production licenses.

Sec. 43 requires that not later than five years after the commencement of production in an area, the licensee or lessee shall submit to the Minister any feasibility study, programme or proposals for the utilisation of any natural gas, whether associated with oil or not, discovered in the area.

Sec. 56 allows any person authorised by the Department of Petroleum Resources to enter a facility to conduct inspections.
