The assessment standard applies to the new construction, expansion and reconstruction of different types of store buildings, including store building complexes, single store buildings and store areas within a mixed-used building.
The assessment standard takes into account local climate conditions and indoor environmental parameters. The assessment looks at the following aspects:
outdoor environmental quality
energy conservation and energy use
water conservation and water resource use
material efficiency and material resource use
indoor environment quality
construction management
building operations management
others
