The premium corresponds to 20 per cent of the purchase price of the bus, but not more than 100 per cent of the price difference between the electric bus and the almost comparable bus that is classified in the emission class Euro 6 in accordance with Section 30 or 31 of the Emissions Control Act (2011: 318). However, for an electric bus that is classified in the emission class Charge Hybrid in accordance with Section 32 of the Exhaust Gas Purification Act, the premium is half the amount.
