This document explains the building energy certificate, including rules on its contents and instructions on how to develop the energy certificate, the building energy certificate form, and the cover sheet for recording field tests and model registry examination events. According to the standard, the energy certificate should include identification data of the building and the energy expert, the building energy classification, and data of the organization that issued the certificate.
