In order to improve electric power operation and facilitate further balanced development of renewable energy, NEA issues a Guideline requesting provinces to plan further grid expansion and power plan balance a year ahead. Furthermore, the Guideline stresses importance of:

Power daily operations;

Usage of compensation mechanism for clean energy fully in order to assure deployment;

Strengthening electric power demand side management, through the peak shift to create favourable conditions for clean energy.
