This project of norm under discussion establishes technical specification for the protection of the environment during the construction, operation and decommissioning of wind farms. Guidelines are provided for the proper operation of the technology in order to avoid negative impacts to the environment during the different stages of the project, including general plant layout, site preparation, construction of facilities, operation of the plant, and plant decommissioning.
