The plan has four pillars, out of which the second one is related to energy ("Green Bulgaria"). This pillar has five activities including the promotion of a low-carbon economy including the investment in renewable energy and hydrogen technologies. The overall plan has a funding of about EUR 5.7 billion with about 40% going to the second pillar. This program provides co-funding of projects on hydrogen (as hydrogen valleys, teaming, digital twins and other CSA projects that need co-funding)
