The goals are to reduce environmental impact and dependence on fossil fuels by increasing the adoption of alternative fuel vehicles and provide specific benefits such as reduced parking fees and extended delivery zones, pre-tax reduction, and no car registration tax for ZEVs commercial vehicles. Additionally, the benefits include no income tax for ZEVs car when privately owened.
