The Act allows for measures to be introduced to restrict consumption to balance supply and demand of goods and services, reassignment of priorities for, redistribution, and storage of goods, has requirements for business operators to deliver, produce, or surrender goods and services, and provide necessary information. It also allows for the King to introduce special measures: Implementation of special measures in response to crises, including immediate actions if necessary.
