The government is obliged to spend 30% of the net fund gained by implementing this law on grants, loan interest subsidies or managed funds for the following purposes: technology structure modification of manufacturing divisions to improve energy efficiency, water, and expansion of electricity generation from renewable resources.

The objective of the policy is to encourage the private sector to invest in renewable energy.
