The Russian Federation - Azerbaijan Free Trade Agreement aims to foster economic and trade relations between the two countries by eliminating tariffs and other trade barriers.
The Agreement offers tariff elimination for traded originating goods between the countries.
The Agreement also includes rules of origin and local content provisions. Goods are counted as originating if they are wholly produced or obtained in the country, or undergo sufficient work.
