The Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA) aims to foster economic and trade relations between the two countries by eliminating tariffs and other trade barriers.

The Agreement eliminates and reduce tariffs for traded originating goods and forbids the application of anti-dumping measures to goods imported and originated from the other side. Rules of origin applies to qualify only originating goods.
