Latvia expanded its Recovery and Resilience Plan with an additional chapter on REPowerEU, endorsed by the EU Commission on 16 Nov 2023. To finance the measures, Latvia requested to transfer € 10.9 million from the Brexit Adjustment Reserve (BAR) to finance investments and reforms of the chapter, for a total of €135 million.
