Viet Nam - UK Free Trade Agreement, which entered into force in 2021, provides for preferential border tariffs, notably for:

Mineral fuel and oils

Iron-steel

Nickel

Copper

Aluminium

Zinc

Tin

Rare earth metals

Nuclear reactors

Rules of origin delineated in the Agreement state that in order to benefit from preferential tariff treatment, products should  be wholly produced or have undergone a significant production process in the Parties territories,  or incorporate non-originating materials which value does not exceed 40% - 70% of the product exworks price.
