The Agreement provides for the reduction in import and export tariffs between the two countries, including fors:

Electric accumulators; lithium-ion, including separators, whether or not rectangular (including square)

Vehicles; with both compression-ignition internal combustion piston engine (diesel or semi-diesel) and electric motor for propulsion, capable of being charged by plugging to external source of electric power

Vehicles; with only electric motor for propulsion

Lithium oxide and hydroxide

Nickel oxides and hydroxides

Carbonates; lithium carbonate

Rules of origin dictate that the value of non-originating materials useshould not exceed 10% of the product ex-works price.
