In order to promote and expand energy efficiency projects, FIDE, the CFE and various higher education and research centres, have developed a programme to train Specialists in Electric Energy Savings. The Programme plans to train 50 specialists for each state, with an aim of having 1600 trained consultants per region, with the ability to promote up to 9600 projects per year.
