The State-owned Latvian development finance institution Altum launched in December 2022 a new energy efficiency programme for multi-apartment buildings.

The programme aims to provide EUR 57.2 million in grants and loans for insulation and the enhancement of energy efficiency in 170 buildings, and to support the transition to renewable resources.
