The OCP Group (OCP S.A.), formerly Office Chérifien des Phosphates, is Morocco's state-owned phosphate rock miner, phosphoric acid manufacturer and fertilizer producer.

Following the presentation to His Majesty King Mohamed VI in November 2022, the OCP Group officially launched its Green Investment Program for 2023-2027 to raise the production of new green fertilizers and clean energy.

The program is backed by a global investment of $13 billion to increase mining and fertilizers production while reaching sectoral and national carbon neutrality by 2040. The investment plan will allow for the creation of new mining capacities in Meskala and a new fertilizer production complex in Mzinda, with the goal of producing 20 million tons of fertilizer by 2027. By 2027, the OCP Group also envisions to supply its industrial facilities exclusively with green energy from wind, solar, hydroelectric and co-generation sources. With the Green Investment Programme, the OCP Group set a target of producing 5 gigawatts (GW) of clean energy by 2027 and at least 13 GW by 2032.
