Developing proposals for possible regulatory initiatives of relevant ministries, with consideration of best practices at the European and global level;

Collecting qualitative and quantitative information for individual critical raw materials and related products in terms of potential supply and demand with a 2050 horizon;

Carrying out analytical activities at the domestic and international level;

Proposing potential public information initiatives, in consultation with the Ministry of Ecological Transition and relevant institutions;

Providing elements and assessments for the definition of a critical raw materials list for Italy, considering emerging needs of national companies;

Providing elements to inform, at least semi-annually, the Inter-ministerial Committee for Ecological Transition about the development of activities under (1) and (2) and other relevant activities; and

The Oil Crisis Is Far From Over

A U.S.-Iran Memorandum of Understanding regarding conflict settlement is unlikely to prevent an imminent energy crisis caused by rapidly depleting global oil and petroleum product inventories.
