In May 2022, the UK Government announced its third package of measures to support households with the cost of living. This includes an increase in the Energy Bill Support Scheme (EBSS) for all households, a one-off Cost of Living Payment for low-income households, a one-off Pensioner Cost of Living Payment, a GBP 500 million increase and extension to the Household Support Fund.
