The China Development Bank (CDB) has formulated the "Work Plan to Support the Achievement of the Strategic Goal of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality in the Energy Sector", issuing a loan of 500 billion CNY for "Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality" in the energy sector.

Loans of 100 billion CNY will be allocated in 2021 to support photovoltaic power generation, offshore wind power and other projects.
