Singapore has developed an EV roadmap under the Singapore Green Plan 2030 (SGP30) as an effort to phase out Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles by 2040.

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) will act within three areas: vehicle taxes and incentives, EV charger deployment, and regulations and standards, in order to promote EV use in Singapore.
