The Department of Energy (DOE) has announced USD 54 million of funding for the DOE's National Laboratories to advance research in microelectronics. National Laboratories may apply for the three-year awards, to be selected based on peer review. Up to USD 36 million of the USD 54 million is contingent on congressional appropriations.
